The hotel offers stunning views from its elevated location, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by several issues. We faced problems with room assignments and cleanliness, which greatly affected our stay. While the breakfast was enjoyable and the staff friendly, the lack of facilities and poor service left much to be desired. Overall, it’s not ideal for those expecting a truly relaxing resort experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, close to the center of Karon and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially a bellboy named Toon who was always cheerful. However, the service fell short with issues regarding room allocations and unexpected power outages that disrupted my plans. Overall, there are definitely better options available for the same price.

While the views from the hotel were stunning and the pools were beautiful, the issues with staff attitude and facilities made for a frustrating stay.
